The Cansiglio Cheese-making and Agritourist Centre cartons fresh, exclusively organically- produced milk collected from its members on the Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio plateau. The cooperative provides agritourist services, with food served in the Bar Bianco in Pian Cansiglio, and accommodation in 12 bedrooms, all of them with private bathroom, in Tambre, a small mountain village on the edge of the Cansiglio Forest. Guests have a large room at their disposal for cultural and recreational activities, where an excellent breakfast prepared with the centre’s own products is served in the morning.
The activities proposed have been chosen to help visitors make the most of the opportunities offered by an area which has preserved its natural beauty intact over the centuries.
