Ingredients for four
100 gr of Casatella
100 gr. of Montasio
100 gr of extra-mature Latteria cheese, cut into thin strips
100 gr of fresh Latteria cheese
150 gr of fresh salami, cut into little cubes
60 gr of smoked ricotta, cut into thin strips
Pepper
Cut the Casatella, Montasio and fresh Latteria cheeses into little cubes and add to the polenta, together with the salami and the extra-mature cheese.
Fold in the ingredients and mix well, until the cheeses have begun to flake. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the polenta mixture in four heated soup plates and sprinkle with the strips of smoked ricotta.
Serve immediately.
