Ingredients for four:
500 gr of stale bread
300 gr of malga cheese
1 glass of milk
1 onion
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
100 gr walnuts
parsley
a pinch of salt
100 gr of butter
100 gr of grated grana cheese
Method:
Cut the bread and the malga cheese into cubes and add the onion browned in oil, the eggs, parsley, milk, flour and salt. Mix the ingredients together with wet hands. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped gnocchi and boil them on a low heat for 15 minutes in plenty of salt water.
Season the gnocchi with the grana cheese, crushed walnuts and melted butter.
