The Gava Anna farm has been growing five varieties of apple in the orchard for the last 15 years. Four years ago we began breeding wild boar and maturing cheese and wine in our own underground cavern, from which sandstone was once extracted to make grindstones used for sharpening swords and knives. Guests can have the opportunity of tasting a wide range of the finest local Belluno varieties of cheeses matured in the cavern.
