TOSELLA CHEESE WITH POLENTA
The restaurant managers collect the fresh milk from the dairy huts in the area, coagulate it, drain off the whey, and cut the curd into slices. The slices are then fried in the pan with a little butter on both sides, and then some cream is added. They are then served piping-hot with fresh or toasted polenta. Buon Appetito!
