The firm is in Cilladon, about 5km from themunicipality of Quero. It is composed of an agritourist building with adjoining barn and mini-dairy. Guests can taste various types of cheese and typical Belluno dishes freshly made on the premises. Examples include formai frit (fried cheese) or cheese, polenta and Lamon beans. Open all year, advance booking appreciated. From the beginning of April until the end of September, you will find both fresh and mature varieties of goat’s cheese, as well as ricotta made with a mixture of cow’s and goat’s milk. There are many superb, fascinating walking and mountain bike itineraries to explore in the surrounding area.
