The establishment is made up of a modern free-stall cattle shed where only the bruna breed of milk cows are raised, with a hayshed next to it and a dairy where the cheese is produced and sold directly to the customer. The farm, which has an EC certificate, is located at the foot of the Giau Pass, on the way up to Colle Santa Lucia on the right, where there is plenty of space to park. It is very close to the towns of Selva di Cadore and Colle Santa Lucia, and over the Giau Pass you can reach Cortina d’Ampezzo in just a few kilometres. Nearby, in the littlevillage of Posalz, the Strada della Vena starts out, the age-old road along which the iron extracted from the Fursil mines used to travel.
